If an order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, incorrect price display, system or inventory abnormalities, payment failure or irregularity, failure to pass risk-control review, suspected user violation, supply chain disruption, or any other reasonable cause, the Company has the right to cancel the order, close the transaction, or issue a refund through the original payment channel after giving reasonable notice to the user.
Before placing an order and before order confirmation, the user shall independently check and ensure that the order information, delivery address, product quantity, product specifications, and payment information are accurate. The user shall bear responsibility for any order delay, delivery failure, or after-sales obstruction caused by incorrect, incomplete, or untimely corrected information provided by the user.
When registering, logging in, and using platform services, users shall provide true, accurate, complete, and timely updated personal information, including name, contact details, delivery address, and other information reasonably required by the platform. The user shall bear responsibility for any order failure, delivery failure, after-sales obstruction, or other loss caused by untrue, incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely updated information provided by the user.
Users shall properly safeguard their account name, password, verification codes, payment instruments, and other login credentials. Operations, orders, payments, and other actions conducted through the user’s account shall, in principle, be deemed actions of the user, and the relevant consequences shall be borne by the user, unless the user can prove that such actions were not caused by the user’s fault or negligence.
If the platform discovers or reasonably suspects abnormal login, account theft, false registration, fraudulent transaction, abuse of promotions, malicious ordering, violation of platform rules, or any other circumstance that may harm the rights and interests of the Company, consumers, or third parties, the Company has the right, depending on the specific circumstances, to take measures including identity verification, transaction suspension, restriction of account functions, account freezing, order cancellation, withdrawal of promotional benefits, or termination of services, and reserves the right to pursue relevant legal liability.
Users shall complete payment through lawful payment methods supported by the platform and ensure that the payment account, bank card, e-wallet, and related identity information are true, accurate, and valid. Except where the Company has statutory fault, the Company shall not bear additional liability for losses caused by user input errors, restricted payment accounts, processing delays by third-party payment institutions, banking system issues, e-wallet service interruptions, account theft, or the user’s failure to properly safeguard login information.
When using platform services, users shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, this policy, and all rules published by the platform, and shall not engage in any conduct that damages the lawful rights and interests of the Company, merchants, other users, logistics service providers, or third parties.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to malicious ordering, malicious returns, false complaints, fake transactions, obtaining or abusing promotions, impersonating another person or payment instrument, account theft, publishing false, illegal, or infringing content, insulting or threatening customer service personnel, attacking or interfering with platform systems, exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain improper benefits, reselling restricted products, or engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive activity that affects the normal operation of the platform.
If the platform discovers or reasonably suspects that the user has engaged in any of the above conduct, the Company has the right, based on the nature of the violation, scope of impact, and degree of risk, to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to reminders, identity or transaction verification, deletion of violating content, order cancellation, withdrawal of promotional benefits, restriction of account functions, suspension or termination of the account, refusal to continue providing services, recovery of losses, and reporting to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, the Company shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, network interruptions, system maintenance, issues of banks or payment institutions, logistics abnormalities, user operation errors, leakage of account information, third-party infringement, regulatory requirements, or any other cause not reasonably within the Company’s control.
This policy does not exclude or limit consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law. Unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of expected profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or punitive damages arising from platform services.
If the Company is legally required to bear liability, the scope of liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant order, except where applicable law provides otherwise on a mandatory basis.
